That reminds me of something that happens to me occasionally. I’ll sit down at the computer planning to accomplish one simple task. Before long, I’ve checked my email, watched a “quick” YouTube video, clicked on another video because apparently I absolutely needed to know that too, and somehow ended up researching something that had nothing to do with what I originally sat down to accomplish.

An hour later, I’m staring at the screen thinking:

“Wait…what did I come in here to do?”

Sound familiar?

Maybe our biggest problem isn’t always finding more time.

Maybe it’s giving us the time we already have a job.

Give Your 30 Minutes a Job

That’s the idea behind my 30-Minute Clarity Plan.

Instead of sitting down and asking, “What should I work on today?” start with a simple plan:

10 minutes—LEARN something that helps you move forward.

10 minutes—CREATE something that becomes part of your business.

10 minutes—PROMOTE something that puts your message in front of people.

That’s it.

Could you find 30 minutes somewhere in your day?

What if you replaced 30 minutes of scrolling with 30 minutes of focused action?

And here’s an even better question:

What could those 30 minutes become after 30 days?

You might have several new Facebook posts, emails, blog ideas, Reels, or other pieces of content. You might understand affiliate marketing better. You might even have new people discovering what you’re building.

None of those individual actions seem huge.

But that’s the point.

Progress Doesn’t Have to Look Impressive

When you’re building an online business, it’s easy to compare your beginning with someone else’s fifth year.

Don’t.

Instead, ask yourself:

“Did I move my business forward today?”

If the answer is yes, that’s progress.

You don’t need the perfect schedule.

You don’t need to spend all day online.

You just need to keep taking the next manageable step.
