3 Questions Beginners Often Ask
If you’ve ever delayed taking action because you weren’t sure you were ready, you’re not alone. Perfectionism has a sneaky way of convincing us that we need to learn just one more thing before moving forward.
But how do you know when something is actually ready?
Here are three questions I think many beginners ask.
1. What if I make a mistake after I publish something?
You probably will eventually—and that’s okay.
A website can be updated. An email mistake can become a lesson for the next email. Your next Facebook post can be better than your last one.
The goal isn’t to avoid every mistake. It’s to learn from experience.
Taking imperfect action creates feedback, and feedback helps us improve.
2. How do I know when something is “good enough” to publish?
Ask yourself:
“Is it accurate, understandable, and potentially helpful to someone?”
If the answer is yes, you’re probably closer to ready than you think.
Prepare it. Check it. Then publish it.
Remember the 3-P Rule: Prepare → Publish → Polish.
You can always improve as you go.
3. What if I don’t know enough yet?
This may be the biggest question of all.
When you’re starting an online business, there’s always something else to learn. If you wait until you know everything, when will you ever begin?
Instead ask:
“Do I know enough to take my next step?”
That’s a much easier question to answer.
Why I Decided to Take My Own Next Step
